(posted 12/03/2007) Dumpsters, Friday Nov. 30: Yes! Lynn arranged for two 20 cubic yard drop boxes to be placed on Skycrest next to tract B and another on Falconridge at tract M. They will arrive on Friday, Nov 30th and be picked up on Monday, Dec 3rd. They will be placed on Skycrest Parkway adjacent to tract B (tennis court) and on Falconridge at tract M. They are to be used for yard debris only! We would also ask that if the person dumping their debris makes a mess around the dumpster that they clean it up. Please do not leave it for someone else to clean up. Please be advised that unleashed pets are at greatest risk. Coyotes have been also known to attack humans. For more information click here. You should NOT, under any circumstances, feed the coyotes. ACC Meeting Minutes 5/16/2007 - The majority of the discussion focused on Tract M. A representative from Collier Arbor Care attended the meeting to discuss the overall health of Tract M. This years garage sale will be JUNE 9th the second Saturday in June ~ It is that SATURDAY only and will be from 9:00 am till 3:00 you can open before that time and stay open longer but for the most part the hours are set. It can help your street/house to put up balloons or extra signs pointing down your street to draw attention your way! Each household that wants to participate will open and use their own garage to sell their stuff, or combine it with others to make it bigger that is up to you. Each springtime the Tualatin Valley Water District requests that the irrigation backflow preventers be in springtime. I would like to offer to Oakridge Estates homeowners a discounted backflow test to all who wish it for the amount of $19.00. If the backflow preventer is in the backyard, please indicate that you have a backyard assembly and that is okay to enter backyard to test. We will come out in April, test the preventer, leave a copy with an invoice at the door and submit a copy of the test report directly to the water purveyor. Download form here! Tree Removal, Tract M In November, 2006, the ACC had a tree removed in Tract M that had blown over and was wedged in between two other trees. During another wind storm in December, 2006, we noticed that two more trees were beginning to lean over adjacent to the previous tree removal. We contacted Collier Arbor Care and asked them for advice. They came and inspected and offered this report of their findings. The ACC held a meeting on January 24th, 2007 to discuss the report. After conferring with the adjacent property Owners, we feel it is to the safety of our neighborhood to have these trees removed. We have contracted with Collier Arbor Care to begin removals on or about March 5th.
