If you are working with an Oakridge Estates neighbor or prospective neighbor on a loan or morgage application, the following information is provided:

Recording Name:	Bosa North and Bosa North No. 2
2008 Dues:	$215.00 (subject to change each year)
Billing Cycle:	Annually
Due Date:	March, April, May timeframe
Late Fees:	5% after 30 days past due plus interest (12% per year on account balance)
Lot# - Street Address Key	Home owner lot numbers based on street address.
