Welcoming Committee

Do you have a new neighbor? Have they been properly welcomed to Oakridge Estates? The welcome committee Chair (Tracy Christensen) would like to start making the rounds as new homeowners move in to the neighborhood. The welcome packet will include the new neighborhood directory, copies of the ACC forms, information from Bethany Village and a copy of the neighborhood newsletter.

If you would like to help with this task or if you would like to make sure your new neighbors receive this information, please contact Tracy Christensen at welcome@oakridgeestates.org.

CEC

The Oakridge Estates Homeowners Association is looking for a new chairperson for the Events Committee. Please volunteer to plan events and parties for our neighborhood!

In the past, we have had Easter egg hunts, Halloween parties, sleigh rides and star gazing overnight in the common area. This is such a great way to get to know others in the neighborhood. This could be a committee, get some friends together and help plan fun, new and exciting events for us.

Check with the Board if interested, I'm sure there is a budget that goes along with the job!
